THE CHALLENGE

Ohnstad Twichell needed a creative and effective way to connect with Minnesota-based cannabis manufacturers and distributors—a market brimming with potential but difficult to penetrate. THE SOLUTION

We created a bold and unexpected direct mail campaign that turned heads—literally. At the center of the campaign was a high-quality stash jar filled with what appeared to be marijuana. Upon closer inspection, recipients found a balled-up coupon offering a complimentary legal consultation, with the reverse side featuring a realistic image of dried marijuana. The uncrumpling moment was an attention-grabber, designed to intrigue and disarm, and it delivered Ohnstad Twichell’s message loud and clear.
