Our ‘Daily Rate’ is for 8am-5pm on weekdays and 10am-4pm on weekends. If you need equipment outside of those times, you will need to add a second day onto your rental.
You can pick up and drop off equipment anytime between 8am-5pm on weekdays and 10am-4pm on weekends.
We do NOT provide support or training for the equipment. It is your responsibility to know and understand how to operate the equipment.
At this time, we do not offer shipping for rental equipment. All equipment must be picked up and dropped off at our office in downtown Fargo.
A deposit for damage/loss may be collected upon pickup for rentals with value(s) greater than $500.
Yes, we do have a studio available for rent. Please inquire about availability by emailing [email protected]. Include information about your shoot, the number of people who will be present, and any other details we should know.
We are primarily a marketing and design agency that includes videography and photography services. The equipment we have available for rent is the very equipment we use for our projects. When our equipment isn’t being used, we want to make it available for other creatives in the community.
Meticulous maintenance is a top priority for us. You can rent any piece of equipment knowing it’s going to function perfectly.
Miscellaneous cables and other peripherals may be available complimentary. Please inquire about specific needs such as XLR cables, instrument cables, auxiliary cables, power cables, HDMI cables/adapters and SDI cables/adapters.
All rentals should be made using our website. Each product’s price shown is the daily rental rate. Simply select the equipment you need, choose the dates you need it, add it to your cart, and check out.
If the equipment gets damaged or lost, the deposit may be used to cover repair or replacement costs. Additional charges may apply if the deposit does not cover the full extent of the damage or loss.
Yes, you are welcome to inspect the equipment at our office before renting. Please contact us to schedule a time.
Once you check out, our system will notify us of the dates and equipment you need. However, this does not mean your rental is secured or confirmed. We will manually verify the availability of the equipment for your requested dates and respond to you within 24-48 hours. If your rental is urgent, please call our office (M-F 8am-5pm) at 701.532.0576.
If you’re late returning the equipment, please notify us as soon as possible, a another customer may be scheduled to rent the equipment you were using. If you are past the drop-off time, you will be charged for an additional day.
Yes, you can rent multiple items at once. Simply add all the equipment you need to your cart, select the dates, and check out.
Yes, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time will incur a cancellation fee equal to one daily rental rate (for each piece of equipment).
If you need to extend your rental period, please contact us as soon as possible to check availability and arrange for the extension. Additional charges may apply.

We accept all major credit cards for payment. Payment is required at the time of checkout on our website.
