Summit Point is a rural, residential development located in Bismarck, North Dakota. Its 30-year masterplan will be introduced to customers in phases and include exciting amenities such as: Community pool; community fitness area; community meeting space; walking trails; sledding hill; state-of-the-art community septic system; and paths connecting residents to a local golf course, Hawktree Golf Club.
Needing to sell lots for homebuilding before any groundwork had begun, the developer came to us with this challenge: How do we show off and highlight the excitement of this area when we (literally) have nothing to show potential customers but a pile of dirt?
Combine dramatic drone video, stock video and community b-roll, scriptwriting, professional narration and animated graphics to create one video telling a story of “what will be.”
