Before we dive in, here’s the quick version: We’re hiring someone full-time in Fargo who’s really good at two of the following:
Client/account/project management
Photography
Graphic design
Videography
You don’t need all four. Two is the sweet spot.

We know the title’s a little untraditional, but so are we. At Abovo, we build roles around people’s strengths instead of forcing them into a box. That’s why we’re hiring for a full-time role that blends any two of the following:
Account Manager
Photographer
Graphic Designer
Videographer
You don’t need to be all four. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and strong skills in any two of these areas (if that hasn’t been stressed enough already).
What do you bring?
Got experience managing clients and love working face-to-face? Great.
Skilled behind the camera and a pro with InDesign? Even better.
You shoot and edit video and know your way around a production schedule? Let’s talk.
Creative with a lens and comfortable running a meeting? We’re in.
Qualifying for the Role Might Mean:
You’ve led projects, worked with clients, and kept timelines on track, while also being able to shoot and edit clean, compelling video.
You’re a designer who brings brands to life and you’re great at collaborating with clients.
You’ve spent time behind the lens and behind the screen, comfortable both designing and directing.
You love production days, color palettes, and a good Google Sheet.
Bonus Points If:
Being in front of and communicating directly with clients is fulfilling (and your experience backs it up)
You love creative problem-solving
You’re a strong communicator (written and verbal)
You’re organized but flexible
You’re confident presenting ideas and open to feedback
You like people (we really like people)
The Basics:
Location: Fargo, ND
Hours: Full-time
Work Style: In-office preferred, flexible/hybrid available
Start Date: When the fit feels right
Compensation: $55,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on experience and the unique combination of skills you bring to the table. (This range reflects candidates with 3–5 years of professional experience in at least two of the four focus areas.)
