Kaija has been creating things for as long as she can remember. Whether she was drawing, making art, or imagining life as a unicorn, creativity has always been part of who she is. Today, she brings that same artistic spirit and attention to detail to every project she touches as a Senior Graphic Designer at Abovo.
 
With a passion for thoughtful design and visual storytelling, Kaija loves transforming ideas into work that feels meaningful, engaging, and memorable. She believes great design is more than making something look good. It’s about creating connections and helping brands communicate who they are.
 
Outside of work, Kaija is constantly creating and finding inspiration in the world around her. Whether she’s working on a personal project, exploring a new interest, or spending time with family, she brings the same curiosity and creative spirit to life that she brings to her work.

When I was little I wanted to be an artist or a unicorn

When I’m not at Abovo, I’m drawing in my sketchbooks, making jewelry, antique treasure hunting in local shops, watering my jungle of houseplants, and exploring on my favorite outdoor walking trails.
