Look Around, You’ve Seen Our Work: The Fargo-Moorhead Logos We’ve Helped Bring to Life

Drive around Fargo-Moorhead for an afternoon and you’ll pass our work without even realizing it. A sign over a coffee counter here, a name etched into a building there, a logo on the door of a new clinic, a refreshed mark above a downtown bar that’s been a staple for decades. Some of these brands started with us from a blank page. Others came to us ready for a refresh. And a few we helped name, build, and launch from the ground up.

While this blog is a love letter to the FM area, our pin map could easily stretch across the country if we plotted every brand we’ve touched. From regional banks and national nonprofits to startups and family-run businesses several states away, we’ve been lucky to work with clients well beyond the Red River Valley. But there’s a reason we love showing off our hometown work. When the place you call home trusts you with their brand, it means something different.

A Map of Marks We're Proud Of

Below is an interactive map of Fargo-Moorhead businesses, organizations, and brands we’ve designed logos for that you can actually see out in the wild. Real signage, real storefronts, real places you can visit on a Saturday afternoon (and we’d recommend you do).

Every logo on the map represents a different story. From nonprofits feeding our neighbors, to plastic surgery practices, to the creamery scooping your kid’s favorite cone, to the racking systems built in industrial parks, the range of work represented on this map is honestly one of our favorite things about it. Good design doesn’t care what industry you’re in. It only cares that it’s done right. Some of these brands needed a fresh identity from scratch. Some needed a careful refresh, the kind of update where if you didn’t know to look for it, you wouldn’t notice (and that’s the point). Others came with a name they loved and a vision that needed visuals to match.
What they all have in common is that the logo isn’t where the work ended. A logo is the visual handshake, but the brand is everything that comes after it. Color, typography, packaging, signage, photography, the way it all shows up online and in print. That’s the part that turns a logo into a brand people remember.
